PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

GTWC can provide photography services including Construction Progress Photography and Marketing and Business Development Photography.

Construction Progress Photography - (Links to Photo Galleries)

High-Quality Construction Progress Photography is Crucial to a Project:

  • Serves as a permanent visual record of a project from groundbreaking through the ribbon cutting
  • Helps with strategizing regarding sub-contractor sequencing, access routes, material delivery timing and placement
  • Helps with understanding of the project by all parties
  • Helps identify any areas of concern
  • Serves to provide an archive in the event there are claims that warrant investigation or litigation

Upon completion of the project, photographs can be used on the company website, in brochures, at tradeshows, in proposals or to display in the boardroom or reception area.

GTWC will work with the Project Manager or the PM’s designee to:

  • Establish the project areas to be photographed
  • Identify view locations
  • Develop a timing/frequency/rotation schedule
  • Establish format of photographs
  • Establish methods for documentation and archiving
  • Discuss integration with contract drawings

All camera positions are recorded using GPS coordinates (providing there is no interference with the satellite signals).  GTWC uses image authentication to track the chain of custody and “audit trail” of the original photographs.

Marketing and Business Development Photography

High-quality photographs showing the technical and structural aspects of a project are imperative.  GTWC adds the facet of aesthetics while photographing sites so that the client can use photographs of actual projects for business development.  We will work with the Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Webmaster or any other staff to identify photographs to be used for business development applications such as websites, proposals, brochures, annual reports or for trade shows.  GTWC will utilize software programs to enhance photographs and provide them in the best format to meet our clients’ needs.
